Goodgame Company provided construction management services for the City of Pell City for renovating a space in the Municipal Complex. The project was to create a new 12,000 SF library, a new space for the Pell City Chamber of Commerce, as well as a new meeting room space. Goodgame coordinated the selection of the professional services and worked directly with the architect on the design. During construction we provided oversight and budget review, and reported to the City Manager and City Council with biweekly status updates. The project was on time and in budget.
