Goodgame Company Inc. was the construction manager for the St. Clair Building Authority. We assisted the Building Authority with site selection, lease review, financing and construction. In addition, we helped select the architect. Working with the architect, we created a scope of work for the three (3) bid packages. During construction, we oversaw and verified the quality of this project. The 30,000 SF building was fabricated from a wood/steel structure with metal trusses and a shingle roof. The tenant had more than $1 million-worth of owner-provided items that we scheduled and verified for installation.
